Patryk Plaza

Patryk Plaza currently serves as the Human Resources Director and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at COFCO International since May 2020. Patryk is also a member of RL100, starting in March 2021. Previously, Patryk held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager for Czech Republic and Israel at IBM from September 2018 to April 2020. Other notable roles include Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager at Wipro Limited in mid-2018 and at IBM from May 2015 to April 2018, as well as Owner of PLAZA Consulting from November 2013 to April 2015. Patryk's early career includes significant recruitment roles at CBR Cross Border Recruitment, CBA Fagformidling AS, and LSJ Human Resources Group. Patryk holds a Postgraduate degree in Transactional Analysis in Management from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Chorzów and a Bachelor's degree in National Security Policy Studies from Uniwersytet Szczeciński.
