Rozan Simoni

Rozan Simoni serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for North America at COFCO International since December 2017, overseeing the company's legal affairs across the USA, Canada, and Mexico while also being a member of the management team. Prior to this role, Rozan was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for North America at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP from March 2016 to December 2017, focusing on mergers and acquisitions as a Senior Associate Attorney. Rozan's legal career also includes serving as Corporate Counsel for Abengoa Bioenergía from August 2013 to February 2016 and as an Associate Attorney at Stinson LLP from May 2011 to August 2013, where involvement in the Transactions Practice Group was noted. Rozan holds a Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Saint Louis University, with additional education from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
