Sarah Mumford

Sarah Mumford's work experience includes various roles in talent development and coaching. Sarah worked as the Global Head of Learning & Talent Development at COFCO International, where they were responsible for defining and implementing the learning strategy and talent development programs. Prior to that, Sarah worked as a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach at BTS, where they partnered with FTSE 100 companies to design and deploy coaching interventions. Sarah also held multiple roles at BP, including Global Talent Development Manager and Head of Talent for Information Technology & Services. Additionally, Sarah worked as an Investment Banking Graduate Programme Manager at RBS Global Banking & Markets. Sarah started their career at BP as the Learning and Development - Global Graduate Programme Manager.

Sarah Mumford obtained a BA (Hons) degree in International Business Management from Birmingham City University between 2000 and 2003. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Leadership Development Profile - Authorised Practitioner from Harthill Consulting Ltd in 2022, an FCIPD from CIPD in 2021, a Diploma in Professional Coaching Skills from Coaching Development Ltd in 2018, and an Insights Discovery Practitioner certification from Insights in 2017.
