Marko Mikec Tržić has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Marko is currently working as a Technical Support Engineer at COFENSE since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Varonis as a Technical Support Engineer from April 2020 to August 2020.
In their previous roles, Marko served as a Product Specialist at OpenText from April 2019 to March 2020. Marko also worked as a Windows Support Technician at Touch Support, Inc. from April 2017 to January 2019.
During their time at Hrvatski Telekom, Marko held various positions including Wholesale Department Agent, M1 Senior Engineer, KAM Agent, Senior Technical Support Engineer, Complaints Department Agent, and Senior Agent from 2012 to 2017.
Prior to that, they worked as an Archivist at Arhivservis d.o.o., and as an Administrative Support staff at Hrvatski Telekom. Marko also gained experience as a Student Staff at KONčAR Group and as a Sales Assistant at WASI d.o.o. Croatia.
Marko Mikec Tržić began their education journey in 2007 at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Marko pursued a Bachelor's Degree in History and completed their studies in 2012.
In 2017, Marko enrolled at Otvoreno učilište Algebra, where they obtained a certification as a Cisco Certified Network Associate. Marko'sfield of study focused on system networking and LAN/WAN management.
In addition to their formal education, Marko also earned two certifications in cybersecurity. In September 2020, they obtained the Cybersecurity Essentials certification from Cisco. Marko also completed the Introduction to Cybersecurity course provided by Cisco, further enhancing their knowledge and skills in the field.
