Neil Christ Jr.

Neil Christ, Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Neil started their career as a Member Services Coordinator at Stansberry and Associates in 2008. In 2011, they joined Valenta and Associates as an REO Asset Manager and Project Coordinator, where they successfully managed a multi-million dollar REO property portfolio and implemented business process improvements.

In 2012, Neil moved on to Navy Federal Credit Union, initially working as a Mortgage Default Specialist, focusing on foreclosures and loss mitigation. Neil then transitioned to the role of Supervisor - Foreclosure, overseeing a team of eight, managing NFCU's foreclosure portfolio, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Later, they took up the role of Operational Risk Specialist, conducting risk assessments and making recommendations to senior management.

Since 2017, Neil has been associated with COFENSE, first as a Compliance Administrator and now as a Senior Compliance Administrator. Their responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, monitoring risk, and providing strategic guidance to the organization.

Throughout their career, Neil has demonstrated attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective compliance strategies.

Neil Christ, Jr. attended Goucher College from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management.
