Senior Support Engineer Level Iii/sme at Cofense

Shawn Price has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Owner at S & S Carpentry from June 2003 to September 2015. Shawn then became the Business Owner of Speed Happens in January 2004. In September 2015, Shawn joined PhishMe as a Support Engineer, where they provided technical and operational guidance to internal and external customers. Shawn also developed FAQs and canned responses to enhance support responses. In September 2016, they were promoted to Customer Support Team Lead, responsible for resolving incidents and issues through collaboration with various internal teams. Lastly, Shawn worked as a Senior Support Engineer Level III/SME at COFENSE from June 2017 until present, significantly contributing to problem resolution and client support through effective communication and technical expertise.

Shawn Price attended Central High School from 1999 to 2003, and then pursued a higher education at Colorado Technical University from 2005 to 2007. At Colorado Technical University, Shawn studied Software Engineering. Additionally, in May 2018, Shawn obtained the PhishMe Certified certification from COFENSE.
