Additionally, Luiz has served as the Director of Fazenda California at California Coffee Estates since April 2004 and as a Coffee Processing Instructor at the Coffee Quality Institute since May 2021. Luiz holds a degree in Agronomical Engineering from Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz" and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Administration and Business from the Federal University of Technology - Parana.
