Rob Bongers

Rob Bongers is the Founding Partner of Horeca Development B.V. with a passion for working on challenging issues in the hospitality industry. Rob is also the Co-Founder of CoffeeLab, The Villy, and Vesper Bar Amsterdam, where Rob creates innovative and welcoming spaces. As a Professional member of FCSI Nederland, Rob contributes to the global network of foodservice consultants. With a background in Economics and experience in bar consulting and architecture, Rob is dedicated to creating sustainable and unique hospitality establishments, such as Café-restaurant Eindhoven and VeKasteel. Additionally, Rob has contributed as a columnist for VENUEZ Hospitality & Style Magazine.
