Allison is a principal and the civil engineering department manager in Coffman’s Seattle office. She is an accomplished civil engineer in site investigations, ADA evaluations and design, grading, stormwater analysis, and system design, utility design and upgrades, zoning entitlements, permit procurements, and construction assistance. With proficiency throughout project phases, her experience includes government facilities, mixed use, small and large box commercial, national and international retail programs, shopping centers, industrial projects, shipping facilities, healthcare, off site frontage improvements, utility upgrades, and ADA existing condition surveys and remediation designs.
Her project experience includes serving as the project manager for many Boeing projects including the flightline stall modification projects, security projects, and the 9-150 demolition and grounds restoration project. Her ADA compliance experience has led her to serve as the program developer and project manager for Central Washington University’s ADA Transition Plan and the lead civil engineer and ADA advisor for the Jefferson Hospital addition.
Allison has been instrumental in developing new business and maintaining relationships with clients. She embraces collaborating on multidiscipline efforts, partnering with other Coffman offices on projects, and developing the civil engineering department in Seattle. Allison attended Michigan State University where she received a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering.
