Merdassi Ghaieth

Merdassi Ghaieth is currently the Corporate HR Director at COFICAB Group, where they apply their extensive experience in strategic human resources initiatives. Previously, they served as the Country HR Manager for Coficab Group in Morocco and held various HR positions, including Human Resources Coordinator at Alpha Ford and CTE EL ATHIR. Merdassi earned a Master's degree in Project Management from ISTIA - Ecole d'Ingénieurs de l'Université d'Angers and a degree in Human Resources Management from the Higher Institute of Management. With a strong background in organizational structure assessment and cost-saving measures, Merdassi continues to enhance HR practices across North Africa.
