Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at COFICAB oversees the coordination and execution of innovation and development projects, from initial conception through to completion. Their responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, procurement of materials, and cross-functional team collaboration to ensure successful delivery of electric mobility programs and other initiatives across the Americas and EMEA regions.
