Alexandra Serizay

Alexandra Serizay is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at VINCI Autoroutes and Dexia, with a role as Chairwoman of the Audit Committee at Dexia, Alexandra has also held several prominent positions at Sodexo, including Chief Strategy & Services Innovation Officer and Chief of Staff for the Chairwoman & CEO.
