Sébastien Pecqueur

Sébastien Pecqueur, M. Eng., P. Eng., PMP, currently serves as the Head of Asset Management Division at VINCI Autoroutes since June 2025. Previously, Sébastien acted as Project Director at Artelia, managing the Haliotis 2 project in Nice, and worked as Project Manager at Ingérop on various transportation and urban planning projects for clients such as CHEMINS DE FER DE PROVENCE and Métropole Nice Côte d'Azur. Additional experience includes project management roles at Metrolinx and VIA Rail Canada, overseeing significant projects including the Yonge North Subway Extension and extensive modernization programs for VIA Rail's passenger fleet. Furthermore, Sébastien has held project management positions at SNC-Lavalin, Agence Métropolitaine de Transport, and Aéroports De Paris, demonstrating a solid background in engineering management across transportation and civil engineering sectors. Sébastien holds a Master of Engineering degree from ISAE-Supméca.
