Marie-France Lepage is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Directrice principale of Communications, Public Affairs, and Corporate Affairs at Cofomo since April 2018, Marie-France oversees communication strategies, enhances brand awareness, and fosters strategic relationships to drive company growth and employee engagement. Previously, Marie-France held the position of Directrice at Industrielle Alliance, where project management and market strategy optimization were key responsibilities. Earlier career highlights include creating and launching the Communications and Marketing department at Cofomo and managing internal communications at both Banque Laurentienne and CGI.
