Martial Rivard

Known as an industry pioneer in the Canadian market, Martial made major contributions to the development of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and methods, as well as the implementation of ServiceNow solutions. He held several strategic roles in major companies before founding Nexio in 1993, which then joined forces with Cofomo in August 2021—further accelerating its growth. Valued as a true visionary, he brings a unique energy to the Cofomo team. While he is passionate about his career, he also travels the world for Masters swimming competitions.
