Bhargab Pani

Bhargab Pani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources across multiple sectors, including finance, insurance, and digital services. Currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Group Head of Human Resources at Coforge since September 2020, Bhargab leads executive and sales recruitment for the EMEA and APAC regions. Previously, Bhargab was the Global Recruitment Leader for EXL Digital, focusing on leadership, technical, and campus recruitment, as well as implementing process enhancements within the recruitment function. Earlier roles include Recruitment Manager at FCS Software Solutions Ltd and Account Manager at GCFS, along with experience in human resources at JobAspire and Planman Consulting Group. Bhargab holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Utkal University.
