Douglas Sanders

Douglas Sanders has over 24 years of work experience in executive leadership and engineering roles. Douglas currently holds the position of General Manager/Associate Vice President Engineering at Coforge, a role they started in October 2020. Prior to that, they worked at DISH Network as an Executive Technology Leader - Wireless, where they focused on defining and designing the BSS/OSS domain for 5G wireless programs.

From 2017 to 2020, Sanders was the VP of Engineering and Lead Solutions Architect at Amdocs, where they led the Media and Content delivery practice and provided vision, strategy, and execution capability for innovative solutions.

Before that, they held various executive roles at Comcast Cable from 2005 to 2016, including Executive Director of Engineering for Content Delivery, Dev & QA Engineering, Tools & Automation, Lab Operations and Infrastructure, Custom Tools Development & Integration, and Comcast Business Services, ERP, OSS/BSS, Video Quality Engineering. At Comcast Cable, they were responsible for managing development resources, planning and executing projects, and implementing process improvements.

Sanders also has experience as the Founder & Chief Technology Officer at Quasi Media Productions, LLC, where they provided advanced multimedia services and executive leadership for enterprise transformations. Douglas started this role in 2003 and ended in 2016.

Prior to that, Sanders worked at GSI Commerce as a Distinguished Software Development Engineer, Imedium as a Principal Software Developer and Solutions Architect, Vanguard as a Sr. Information Systems Software Developer, Household International (HFC) as a Senior Business Systems Analyst & Software Developer, and DecisionOne as a Technology Team Leader.

Throughout their career, Sanders has demonstrated expertise in engineering, solution architecture, content delivery, software development, quality engineering, and leadership.

Douglas Sanders has a diverse education history. Douglas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 1995. In 1989, they received certification as a Certified Recording Engineer from Los Angeles Jobs. In 2000, they earned a Java Programming certification from Penn State Great Valley. Additionally, they completed various courses and workshops in fields such as Agile methodology, high-performance teams, influence skills, web component development, data mapping, and more from institutions like Scaled Agile Academy, Learning Tree International, Sun Microsystems, and Mercator International. Douglas has also obtained additional certifications related to financial literacy, high-performance habits, and leadership throughout their career.
