Richa Sethi

Richa Sethi is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in capability development and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Global Head of Capability Development and DEI at Coforge since June 2021, Richa oversees development initiatives for a global workforce exceeding 25,000 employees. Prior to this role, Richa held various positions at MetLife Global Shared Services from 2008 to 2021, including Director of Learning, Talent Management, and CSR, where responsibilities included establishing a comprehensive talent strategy. Richa's earlier career includes roles in training and development at Genpact and Vertex. Richa holds an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University and a Master's in English Literature from Delhi University, complemented by ongoing education in Life Insurance from LOMA.
