Jason Lalk

Jason Lalk is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the recruiting and sales sectors. As the CEO and Founder of Remote Growth Partners since December 2022, Jason specializes in providing offshore talent for high-performing teams. Additionally, Jason serves as a Limited Partner at CoFound Partners, an early-stage venture firm, and as a Venture Partner at Debut Capital. Previously, Jason held various roles, including VP of Operations & Strategy at Formative Search Partners, where expertise in recruiting modern sales and engineering talent was demonstrated. Jason's background also includes significant achievements as Vice President of Sales at Bindo and as an Accountant for the New York Jets and KPMG. Jason holds a B.S. in Accounting, Cum Laude, from Montclair State University.
