Brigitte Lipschutz is a seasoned professional in executive coaching and leadership development, currently serving as the Head of the Next Generation Owner Development Program at COFRA Holding AG since June 2021. With prior experience as a trainer, coach, and scientific advisor at Team Engager and as a business and executive coach at Bcoaching, Brigitte has developed a deep understanding of team dynamics and motivational styles. Brigitte's background includes significant roles at Egon Zehnder International, where contributions focused on executive integration and team effectiveness, and at Boston Consulting Group, engaging in strategic consulting projects. Brigitte began their career as a researcher at Université Libre de Bruxelles and University College London, earning a PhD in Psychology with a specialization in Cognitive Neuroscience.
