Cog Culture
Anoop Dixit has held various roles throughout their career. Anoop started their career in 2000 as a DSM at India Today, a leading news magazine in India. Anoop then worked as a DBM at Aviva India, a life insurance company, from 2006 to 2008. Following that, they served as the Chief Manager at Birla Sun Life Insurance, another life insurance company, from 2008 to 2009. Anoop then joined Max Bupa, a health insurance company, as an Area Manager from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they became the CEO of Cog Culture, a position they still hold. In 2019, they co-founded Tongadive, but departed in 2020.
Anoop Dixit obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing or Marketing Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya between 1997 and 2000. Anoop then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a specialization in Marketing or Marketing Management at SCDL from 2000 to 2002. It is also known that they completed The Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI) program offered by LOMA, focusing on the field of Insurance, although no specific dates were provided for this educational experience.
