John Hargrave

John Hargrave has a wealth of experience in various leadership roles in the technology and telecom industry. John'smost recent position is as the Vice President of Products at Cogeco Connexion. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Global Services and Cloud Operations at Synamedia.

Before these roles, Hargrave was the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operations Officer at Zone·tv™, where they played a key role in scaling the company and guiding its strategic direction. John also held significant positions at Ericsson, including Vice President of Global Media Services and Vice President of Mediaroom Field Engineering.

Hargrave's extensive career also includes positions at Microsoft, where they served as the General Manager of Global Solutions and Director of Engagement. John began their career at TELUS Communications, where they held various roles such as Director of Applications, Regional Director of TELUS Web Solutions, and Senior Project Manager.

Throughout their career, Hargrave has demonstrated expertise in infrastructure, operations, customer management, and driving consumer adoption. John has successfully led teams, achieved unprecedented successes, and delivered exceptional results at both regional and global levels.

John Hargrave has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western University. John also completed the Executive High Performance Directors Program at the Schulich School of Business - York University. In addition, they obtained a degree in Information Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. John Hargrave also holds a certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
