Benjamin Cucurella has extensive experience in urban development and investment management, currently serving as Responsable Développement foncier at Cogedim since February 2021. Prior to this role, Benjamin held a position as Responsable Développement - Grands Projets mixtes at ALTAREA, where responsibilities included overseeing large-scale urban projects that integrated residential, commercial, and service elements.
