Joyce Romero, MBA

Joyce Romero, MBA, has a strong background in operations and management. Joyce started their career as an Accounting Technician I at the Colorado Secretary of State in 1999, where they assisted with financial tasks and ensured accurate recording of business transactions. In 2001, they joined CT Corporation as a Fulfillment Specialist, where they developed expertise in state agencies, legal processes, and organizational departments. Joyce was promoted to Fulfillment Manager in 2004, and later became the Regional Corporate Operations Manager in 2005. In these roles, Joyce managed teams, set goals, and provided training and development opportunities. Joyce also worked closely with customers, maintaining high levels of customer service. In 2016, Joyce joined COGENCY GLOBAL INC. as an Operations Manager, where they continue to utilize their strong operational skills and expertise.

Joyce Romero, MBA, has an extensive education history. Joyce obtained a Bachelor's degree in History/Government from Adams State University in the years 1994 to 1999. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix, completing it from 2002 to 2004.

Continuing their academic journey, they pursued a PhD in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, starting in 2012 and completing it in 2015. During this time, in 2015, Joyce earned a Certification in Project Management from the University of Phoenix, further enhancing their knowledge and skills.

Throughout their career, they gained expertise in Lean Six Sigma by obtaining a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University in 2015. Expanding their skill set, Joyce acquired a certification in "Inspiring and Motivating Individuals" from Coursera Course Certificates in August 2017.
