Katherine Dixon has work experience in various roles, starting in 2012 as a Sales Associate at Lowe's Companies, Inc. In 2016, they worked as a Legislative Intern at Food & Water Watch for five months. Currently, they are employed at COGENCY GLOBAL INC. as a Legal Client Service Representative, where they manage dynamic workflow and provides corporate and UCC transactional services for a clientele of legal professionals.

Katherine Dixon earned their Associate's Degree in Human Services, General from SUNY Schenectady County Community College from 2011 to 2013. Katherine then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy from the University at Albany, SUNY, where they were enrolled from 2014 to 2017.
