Jennifer Fulton

Jennifer Fulton is a Senior Principal Scientist at Cogent Biosciences, where since June 2021, responsibilities include leading a major project with a team of both in-house and contract research organization chemists, along with facilitating cross-functional collaboration across multiple scientific disciplines. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Scientist in Medicinal Chemistry at Pfizer, where significant contributions involved the exploration of new MEK inhibitors and the development of an efficient multi-step synthesis process. Jennifer has a robust academic background with a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.A. in Chemistry and Neuroscience from Grinnell College. Additionally, Jennifer has experience in scientific computing liaison roles and has contributed to research presentations and publications throughout various academic and industry settings.
