MacEdonio Mejia (Max)

Macedonio (Max) Mejia is an experienced Senior Scientist at Cogent Biosciences, leading DMPK efforts for small molecule oncology therapeutics since May 2021. Key contributions include developing DMPK strategies, managing in vitro and in vivo studies, and establishing the company’s first internship program. Prior to this, Max served as a Senior Associate Scientist at Pfizer and held various roles in medicinal chemistry and laboratory analysis across other companies including Array BioPharma and Sandoz. Max's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Regis University, obtained in 2013.
