Nisha Shah

Nisha Shah has worked in various roles related to pharmacovigilance and drug safety. Nisha is currently the Director of Pharmacovigilance Scientist at Cogent Biosciences since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Pharmacovigilance Science at Arcus Biosciences from September 2022 to March 2023, and as the Director of Pharmacovigilance Sciences at Scholar Rock from September 2021 to September 2022. Nisha also served as the Associate Director of Pharmacovigilance Safety Scientist at Constellation Pharmaceuticals from February 2021 to August 2021. Nisha's previous experience includes roles at Akebia Therapeutics as an Associate Director and Pharmacovigilance Scientist, as well as at Biogen where they worked as a Senior Safety Associate and held internships in drug safety and risk management.

Nisha Shah completed their Master of Science (MS) in Regulatory Affairs in Drugs, Biologics and Medical Devices from Northeastern University. Nisha pursued this degree from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an M.S Pharm. in Biotechnology from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research from 2008 to 2010.
