Nenad Mandic

Nenad Mandic is a seasoned Senior Sales Engineer at Cogent Communications, with extensive experience in pre-sales technical support and customer engagement since September 2013. Responsibilities include qualifying sales opportunities, resolving technical issues, developing strategies for RFIs and RFPs, and providing technical training for sales teams. Previously, Nenad held the position of Senior Engineer at mitcaps GmbH, focusing on technical customer support and incident management. Prior to that, as a Consultant Engineer at Verizon Business, technical and customer support responsibilities included troubleshooting and network management across various platforms. Nenad holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Technical Sciences Novi Sad, obtained from 1985 to 1992.
