Carrie Hicks is an experienced corporate manager currently leading talent acquisition and marketing strategies at Cogent, Inc. since November 2010. Previously, Carrie held the position of Manager - Corporate at Fluid Equipment, a Cogent Company, from July 2007 to November 2010, where responsibilities included ensuring operational efficiency and supporting business ownership and sales. As the owner of SilverWear from 1997 to 2006, Carrie focused on importing sterling silver, acquiring products, and overseeing marketing and sales. Additionally, Carrie served as an Inside Sales Representative at Andrews McMeel Universal from 1991 to 2001, contributing to the sales of various print content for one of the largest content syndicates globally.
