Manisha Chaudhary is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at COGENT Infotech, having joined in December 2021. In this role, Manisha is responsible for managing the recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs and preparing job descriptions to sourcing candidates and conducting interviews, utilizing the Jobdiva ATS and various job boards. Ltd, where recruitment tasks included job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling. Manisha holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Guru Nanak Dev University, graduated in 2020.
