Jason Wagner

Jason Wagner has over 19 years of work experience in the software engineering field. Their career began in 2002 when they were a Senior Software Engineer at General Dynamics AIS. In 2007, they moved to Agent Logic as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they were the Technical Lead on an enterprise real time alerting product. In 2009, Agent Logic was acquired by Informatica and Jason was appointed Project Manager on four legacy projects. In 2011, Jason moved to GSM Consulting as a Software Architect and was the Team Lead on a flagship project for a government customer. In 2014, Jason became the CEO of Tensor Wrench and was a member of the Mach37's Fall 2015 cohort. In 2017, they joined Sequoia Holdings, LLC as a Software Engineer, where they modernized and stabilized two mission critical applications. In 2018, Jason was a Senior Cloud Engineer at Plus3 IT Systems, where they evaluated Plus3's open source solutions for customer cloud environment. Finally, in 2019, they joined Coalition, Inc. as a Principal Engineer & Engineering Manager for Documents Team. During their time there, they frequently shifted roles and responsibilities as needed and organized the first teams and scrum process, resulting in a nearly doubled team velocity. In 2022, Jason joined Cogility Software as a Staff Engineer.

Jason Wagner attended Northern Virginia Community College from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Mathematics. Prior to that, they attended Virginia Tech from 1996 to 1999, studying Computer Science.
