James Lofranco

James Lofranco currently serves as the Executive Director at COGIR Real Estate, a position held since January 2024. Previously, James worked as the General Manager at Verve Senior Living for six months in 2023 and had a similar role at The Dunfield Retirement Residence from August 2018 to March 2023. James holds a BA (Hons) in History from King's University College and an Associate of Arts in Theatre from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
