Fatima Kanantai

Fatima Kanantai, MBA, currently serves as an Employment Security Program Representative for the State of Illinois since February 2021 and is a Broker with American International Realty Corp. since April 2019. Previously, Fatima co-founded and served as CEO of Sugar M Cosmetics, managing operations, advertising, and financial budgeting. Experience also includes roles as Director of Sales/Operation Manager at Finkel Jewelry, overseeing product analysis and trade shows; Property Manager at 12220 Property Holdings LLC, managing renovation projects; and Realtor Associate positions with Douglas Elliman and One Group Miami, specializing in luxury residential sales. Fatima holds a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Business English from Assumption University. Early career experiences include passenger service supervision at Scandinavian Airlines and an internship at Starboard Cruise Services, focusing on merchandising planning.
