Michel Crilly

Michel Crilly is a seasoned executive in the senior living and hospitality sectors, currently serving as Directeur General for both Résidence LIVÉLIA and résidence Loréa at Cogir Immobilier since June 2023. Prior to this, Michel held the position of Directeur général at Sélection Retraite Ile des Soeurs and at Selection retraite le Cambridge Prestige, showcasing a strong background in leadership roles focused on client and employee experience. Previous experience includes managing operations and sales at Le Groupe Maurice and various strategic and managerial roles at Holt Renfrew. Michel also completed an attestation in food establishment management and hygiene in 2016. In addition, Michel is a member of the Chambre de commerce de l'ouest de l'île de Montréal.
