Lynn Lyons is an experienced professional in senior living and customer experience, currently serving as the Connections Program Director at Cogir Senior Living and as the Life Enrichment Coordinator and Nursing Assistant at Brooke Grove Foundation, Inc. Since April 2024, Lynn has managed life enrichment and memory care activities, including therapy dog visits and seated exercise. Previously, at TOMI Environmental Solutions, Lynn excelled as a Senior Customer Experience Manager, achieving record-breaking sales of $25 million in one quarter. With a strong background in marketing, Lynn has worked as a consultant for multiple organizations, providing technical writing support and promoting various products and services.
