Tom Duenow

Tom Duenow has a long and varied career in Human Resources. Tom began their career in 2004 as a Human Resources Business Partner at LSI Logic. In 2007, they moved to Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Human Capital Consultant. In 2009, they joined SUPERVALU as a Director of Human Resources, Change Adoption Lead, SR. MANAGER STRATEGY AND ORGANIZATION TRANSFORMATION, SR. MANAGER LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, and HR Business Partner. In 2014, they moved to Digital River as a Sr Manager HR Partnering and Global Learning and Development. In 2017, they split their time between Veritas Technologies LLC as a Human Resources Business Partner and Duenow Solutions Group as an Organization Development Professional. In 2020, they co-founded Transitions In Nature, connecting small business and nonprofit leaders with coaches and experts. Finally, in 2022, they became the Human Resources Director at Cogitativo.

Tom Duenow holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources/Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Saint John's University. Tom also holds certifications from the Myers-Briggs Foundation in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, obtained in June 2011, and from Korn Ferry International in LOMINGER Voices 360 Facilitator, obtained in August 2009.
