Dorea Gardner

Dorea Gardner has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dorea is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Partnerships & EMEA Sales at Cogniac Corporation since March 2023. Prior to that, from December 2021, they worked at Rampway Group as a Founding Partner, specializing in assisting venture-backed companies in designing and accelerating partner ecosystems. Starting in July 2021, they were a Member at Partnership Leaders.

From September 2022 to February 2023, Dorea was the Director of Cloud Provider Business at Fortanix. At Ava Security, where they worked from November 2020 to August 2022 as the Sr. Director of Partnerships for the Americas, they led the Americas partner team and formulated growth strategies across various partnerships.

Before that, they held roles at Samsara from February 2019 to November 2020. Dorea served as the US Channel Sales Leader, leading a team responsible for developing and closing partner-initiated businesses. In addition, they also worked in partnerships at Samsara and was involved in developing go-to-market plans and growing revenue contributions from strategic alliance and resale partners.

Dorea has prior experience at Cisco as a Meraki Strategic Sales Manager, Service Providers, Global Account Manager, Web Providers, and Account Executive. At HP, they worked as an Account Manager in Print & Personal Systems from May 2010 to April 2014.

Dorea began their professional career at MCI Corporation as a Sales Supervisor, managing a team of inbound sales representatives and achieving consistently high sales performance.

In addition, Dorea worked at Citi as a Customer Service Team Lead from 2005 to 2007.

Throughout their career, Dorea has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering significant revenue growth and achieving performance goals.

Dorea Gardner earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Marketing from the UNM Anderson School of Management. Dorea attended the school from 2004 to 2009.
