Norbert Pabian

Norbert Pabian has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Norbert began their career in 2011 at M&R Printing Equipment, Inc., where they worked in automation technology for a short period. In 2012, they joined Antenna Software as a Junior Software Engineer before moving on to Pegasystems in 2014, where they worked as a Software Engineer.

In 2016, Norbert joined the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland (AmCham) as a participant in the 30 Under 30 Leadership Program. Simultaneously, they started working at XING as a Senior Software Engineer, a role they held until 2019.

From 2019 to 2020, Norbert served as the Lead Software Engineer at British Pearl. Currently, they work at Cogniflare as a Full Stack Engineer, starting in 2020.

Norbert Pabian has a diverse education history in the field of computer science and technology. Norbert obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science in Medicine from AGH University of Krakow, where they attended from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science at Hochschule Wismar from 2011 to 2012. Norbert furthered their education at State Higher Vocational School Tarnów, where they earned another Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from 2008 to 2011. Norbert Pabian's education journey began at ZST Technical Vocational Complex in Tarnów, where they completed a degree as an Electronic Technician specializing in Computer Systems from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their academic achievements, Norbert Pabian holds a MongoDB SI Architect Certification from MongoDB, which they obtained in June 2021.
