Sascha Poggemann

Sascha Poggemann's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Sascha co-founded Cognigy GmbH in 2016, where they helped develop the Conversational AI Platform. Prior to that, they worked at iExergy GmbH from 2012 to 2016, first as the Head of RF-Design and later as the Head of Technical Development for the wibutler smart home solution. At iExergy GmbH, they focused on hardware development, radio module firmware development, and IoT technology. Before that, they worked at Humotion GmbH as a student assistant, specializing in Human Body Monitoring and Wearable Computing Wireless Sensor Node. Sascha also gained experience at PROGNOST Systems GmbH as a team member optimizing sensor positions for online monitoring and at Ingeneria Y control remoto S.A. (ICR SA) as part of their bachelor thesis on wireless accelerometers and gyroscopes for a health-care application. Additionally, they interned at Bayer MaterialScience, where they gained hands-on experience in maintenance work.

Sascha Poggemann has a diverse education history. The individual obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Informationstechnologie from FH Münster between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, Sascha completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Elektrotechnik, Eletronik und Kommunikationstechnik from the same institution from 2007 to 2010.

In 2005 and 2006, Sascha participated in the 22nd Parliamentary Patenschaftsprogramm, an international experience program. Additionally, between 2002 and 2005, Sascha underwent training as a Communication Technician specializing in Information Technology at Prognost System GmbH.

Apart from academic degrees, Sascha Poggemann has also earned several certifications. Recently, in October 2022, Sascha obtained certifications in different areas, including "A Bold New Approach to Goal Setting with Michael Bungay Stanier," "Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)," "Growth Marketing Foundations," and more, from LinkedIn. In 2011, Sascha obtained the "Ordinance on Aptitude of Instructors (Ausbildereignungsprüfung IHK)" certification from IHK Nord Westfalen. Furthermore, in 2020, Sascha earned the "Product-Led Growth Certified" certification from the Product-Led Institute and the "Growth-Driven Design Certification Course" certification from HubSpot in March of the same year.
