Thijs Waanders

Thijs Waanders has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Thijs is currently working at Cognigy as a Consulting Director since March 2021. Prior to this role, they served as a Technical Consulting Manager from November 2019 to March 2021 and as a Technology / UX Consultant from 2018 to November 2019.

Before joining Cognigy, Thijs worked as a Consultant at kobaltblau Management Consultants GmbH from November 2017 to August 2018.

Following this, Thijs enrolled at Tilburg University in 2010 and continued their education until 2016. During this time, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree with a major in Business and Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Thijs went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Strategic Management at Tilburg University from 2015 to 2016.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Thijs also obtained several certifications. Thijs earned their ITIL Foundation certification from Maxpert GmbH in November 2017. Thijs also achieved the Professional SCRUM Master (PSM1) certification from Scrum.org in the same month. Furthermore, Thijs obtained multiple certifications in May 2020, including the AWS Certified Alexa Skill Builder - Specialty (AXS) and AWS Certified Alexa Skill Builder – Specialty from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
