Mirka Kowalczuk is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in delivering employee experience services across EMEA and APAC. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Korn Ferry, Mirka ensures high-quality client experiences through standardized services and a SaaS-based delivery approach. Previous roles include Vice President of Client Success and Delivery Services for APAC, and Head of Pay & Engagement Delivery APAC, focusing on revenue management, team coaching, and client advocacy. Mirka has a strong background in product development, having led initiatives across EMEA and APAC, and has served as a Business Unit Manager at Hay Group, where responsibilities included P&L management and team leadership. Mirka holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Management from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach and has completed advanced management programs at prestigious institutions including INSEAD and Duke University.
