Gal Nachum

Gal Nachum has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gal is the Co-Founder & Active Chairman at CogniShape since 2019 and had a similar role at xFind since 2018. Gal is also an Adjunct Lecturer at Tel Aviv University in Entrepreneurial Studies since 2020.

Gal has extensive experience in mentoring and advising startups on strategy, scaling, fundraising, and implementing the Lean Methodology. Gal has worked as a Startup Mentor & Advisor at Helping Startups Start Right since 2015, mentoring at various organizations such as Techstars, SigmaLabs, AWS Builder Space, and many others.

Earlier in their career, Gal was the Co-Founder & CEO of Ringya from 2011 to 2019. Gal also held roles at Flash Networks as the VP of Business Development from 2009 to 2010. Gal was a Co-Founder & CEO of Unipier Mobile Ltd. from 2008 to 2009 and held various roles at the company including Co-Founder and EVP of Sales & Business Development and Co-Founder & VP of Customer Operations. Gal was also a Co-Founder & VP of Products at Cash-U Mobile Technologies Ltd. from 2002 to 2004.

Gal's expertise is not limited to startups and entrepreneurial ventures. Gal served as the Managing Director at Synopsis Systems Ltd. from 1998 to 2001, showcasing their capabilities in leading and managing organizations.

Gal Nachum attended the University of California, Irvine in 2013, where they completed the Merage Institute Business Executive Leadership Program at The Paul Merage School of Business. Prior to this, they studied at Tel Aviv University from 1990 to 1992, earning a Master's degree in Computer Science. In the period between 1984 and 1987, Gal attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science.
