Paulina Welnic

Paulina Welnic currently serves as the Director of Technical Program Management at Cognism, having transitioned from a Staff Technical Program Manager at Slack where significant contributions included establishing the Cloud Economics team, implementing a cost governance structure for AWS, and executing projects that resulted in over $40 million in savings. Prior experience encompasses roles at Intercom as a Technical Product Manager and Customer Support Manager, focusing on engineering efficiency and team leadership, as well as earlier positions at Google, Deloitte, Euro Consulting, and Nordea Bank, which involved project management, auditing, and customer service. Paulina holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Warsaw.
