Abdullah Irfan

Abdullah Irfan started their work experience as a Researcher at Slant.co in 2014. Abdullah then worked as a Javascript developer at Creatrixe from September 2014 to February 2015. Abdullah joined DSLReports as a Javascript developer in July 2015, where they developed widgets using HighCharts and D3.js. In 2017, they worked as a Frontend Developer at BodyWorkz, where they updated an existing scheduler application to a modern app using Angular 2. Abdullah also worked as a Frontend Developer on a freelance basis at DataVis, where they developed dashboarding widgets using React JS and Bootstrap. Abdullah then joined Callation as a Software Engineer, transforming the admin frontend to a ReactJS/Redux powered Single Page App and building a dashboard platform with support for widgets using HighCharts.js. Abdullah later joined Digitaika as a Software Engineer, where they designed and developed a browser-based Video Editor using React components. Abdullah worked closely with the UX team and conceptualized new features based on customer needs. Abdullah's most recent role is as a Software Engineer (Frontend) at Nevion (a Sony Group Company) where they worked from October 2019 to February 2022. Abdullah is currently working as a Software Engineer at Cognite since March 2022.

Abdullah Irfan completed a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, they also obtained a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp, specializing in Computer Software Engineering. In 2017, Abdullah took a course titled "Single Page Web Applications" through the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, which was completed via Coursera. Additionally, Abdullah achieved a certification in "The Data Scientist's Toolbox" from Coursera in March 2018.
