Asbjørn Ræder

Asbjørn Ræder's work experience begins in 2011 with a role as an intern at Caesar Systems, where they analyzed international petroleum fiscal systems and designed an economic model library. Asbjørn also worked as a summer intern at Statoil in 2011 and 2012. In 2012, they briefly served as the General Manager at Økonomiformidlingen. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Metier as a Consultant and Senior Consultant, delivering qualitative and quantitative analyses and improvement initiatives in project management. As a Substitute Teacher at Pedagogisk Vikarsentral from 2009 to 2012, Asbjørn taught various subjects at the primary and secondary school level and managed a full class of unaccompanied minors and asylum seeker children. Asbjørn then joined DNB, where they held various roles from 2017 to 2021, including Manager, Senior Consultant, Acting Head of Section, and Strategy Manager, Technology and Digital Channels. At DNB, Asbjørn provided management consulting services, supported strategic initiatives, and led processes with third-party technology integrations. From 2021 to 2023, Asbjørn worked as a Senior Manager at KPMG Norway, primarily focusing on market analyses, growth strategy, and go-to-market projects in industries such as energy, retail, and finance. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Cognite since 2023.

Asbjørn Ræder completed their education in several institutions and fields of study. In 2008, they enrolled in the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and obtained their MSc in Economics and Business Administration in 2013. Additionally, in 2012, Asbjørn participated in an exchange program at the University of St.Gallen, where they focused on Strategy and International Management for a semester. In 2013, they attended SKEMA Business School and earned a Diploma in Project Management. Before they attended NHH, Asbjørn studied Economics at the University of Bergen (UiB) from 2007 to 2008.

In terms of certifications, Asbjørn obtained a Metier Certified Cost Estimator certification from Metier in 2014. Asbjørn also achieved a Certified Project Planner certification and a PRINCE2® Foundation certification from the same institution in 2013.
