Paul Lightfoot

Paul Lightfoot serves as the Senior Vice President of Product Design at Cognite, where leadership of the Product Design team focuses on the development of the AI-enhanced Industrial Data Operations platform, Cognite Data Fusion. Previously, Paul held several roles at Red Hat from 2010 to 2022, including Global Director of the User Experience Product Design Team, where efforts were directed towards embedding User Experience Design within a vast engineering organization. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Digital Products at Cramer and various positions at Software and Digital Media, where Paul contributed as an Instructional Designer and Creative Team Lead.
