Associate Director Of Science Storytelling at Cognition Studio

Inessa Stanishevskaya, MScBMC, CMI has extensive work experience in the field of medical illustration and animation. Inessa is currently serving as the Associate Director of Science Storytelling at Cognition Studio Inc, where they are responsible for leading and overseeing the creation of scientific illustrations and animations. Prior to this role, they worked as the Lead Certified Medical Illustrator + Animator and later as the Senior Certified Medical Illustrator + Animator at the same company.

In addition to working at Cognition Studio Inc, Inessa has also worked as a Guest Lecturer at UW Professional & Continuing Education. In this role, they crafted and taught workshops on digital illustration and compositing techniques in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, along with providing overall guidance for creating scientific illustrations.
