Upkar J. S. Dhaliwal

Upkar J. S. Dhaliwal is a seasoned professional in the wireless technology domain, serving as Founder, Advisor, and System Architect at Future Wireless Technologies since August 2006, where expertise spans the development of autonomous wireless solutions. Upkar also holds roles as a Technology Specialist in an undisclosed capacity focused on Space & Defense and as an Advisory Specialist with UC San Diego Extension. In the IEEE community, Upkar serves as Chapter Chair for the IEEE Communications Society and is actively involved in multiple volunteer roles, including a member of the Awards Board and the Executive Committee for the IEEE Technology Time Machine.
