Joseph Newcomb

Joseph Newcomb has a long and varied work experience, beginning with a role as Systems Engineer at DMDC in 2005. In 2007, they took on the role of Information Technology Coordinator at Cambrian School District, where they were responsible for systems/network administration and integration, database management, Windows server administration, backup management, web services, and project management. From 2008 to 2009, they were the Sr. Network Administrator at Madera County Office of Education, and also worked as the Information Technology Director at Fresno's Leading Young Professionals. In 2009, they founded BMD. From 2012 to 2018, they held roles at Qualcomm as a Staff IT Engineer and at National Pen as an IT Architect. In 2018, they were the IT Director at Nixon. Most recently, they have been an IT Manager and Cloud Solutions Architect at Cognitive Medical Systems, Inc. since 2021, and will be taking on the role of IT Manager at Jupiter Intelligence in 2022.

Joseph Newcomb obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Heald College in 2004. In 2021, they obtained an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
